Booking Terms & Conditions
  • All bookings will be subject to availability at the time of booking and will be governed by the standard booking and cancellation policies.
  • In case of non availability of rooms, an alternate will be offered. Any difference in price for the alternate offer will be payable by the customer. In case the alternate offer is not acceptable the booking request can be cancelled without any charges.
  • In case of confirmed bookings, cancellation charges as specified will be applicable. Cancellation requests should be sent to In n Out Holidays in writing.
  • Refund if any will be processed within 7 working days from the date of cancellation.
  • No refund will be applicable for partially used services.
  • The meal plan for your selected booking will be as specified in inclusions.
  • The primary guest checking in to the hotel must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Rates mentioned on the website are subject to change without prior notice.
  • It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in.
  • The inclusion of extra bed with a booking is facilitated with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed.
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. The standard check-in time is 2 PM and the standard check-out time is 11 AM.
  • After booking you will be sent an email confirmation with hotel phone number. You can contact the hotel directly for early check-in or late check-out.
  • The amount paid for the room does not include charges for optional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, snacks or telephone calls). These will be charged at the time of check-out.
  • The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. In n Out holidays will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  • The hotel reserves the right of admission for local residents. Accommodation can be denied to guests residing in the same city. In n Out holidays will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  • In n Out holidays will not be held liable for any inconvenience or discomfort caused to the client due to the insufficient services provided at the hotel. In n Out Holidays acts as an agent between the client and the hotel and will under no circumstance be held responsible for inadequate services provided by the hotel.
  • The client will be liable to make good any damage(s) caused by any act of the client (willfull/negligent) to the property of the hotel in any manner whatsoever. The extent and the amount of the damage so caused will be as determined by the concerned hotel. In n Out Holidays will not intervene in the same in any way.
  • All disputes related to the offer shall be the subject matter of the jurisdiction of the Mumbai High Court. The prevailing statutory laws of India shall be applicable to the offer.
